1) When you purchase an item on Indie Resorts, Indie Winemakers will ask you to provide personally identifiable information necessary to fulfill an order. All credit card information provided with online orders will be temporarily stored on a secured server (see Security). We will forward the personally identifiable information provided with each order to the vendor of record (Vendor) for shipment purposes and to facilitate customer service. The Vendor will use the eMail address to communicate order and shipping confirmation and to communicate with you if they have difficulty processing an order.

2) When you provide us with an eMail address (mailing list). When you request to be on our mailing list, we use your e-mail address to send you timely announcements of new product arrivals. Each e-mail announcement will have unsubscribe information for those who do not wish to receive information by e-mail.

3) For automatic collection of non-personal information Indie Winemakers uses web beacons to automatically gather non-personal information in order to make our Web site more useful. We learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology our visitors use. We do not track or record personally identifying information about individuals and their visits in this manner. We may compile and report aggregate statistics (e.g. unique hits, page views, etc.) about our website traffic.

INFORMATION DISSEMINATION

Indie Winemakers will not share, rent, lease, or sell your personal information (e.g. your email address, your credit card information, your name, your address, etc.) to any third party for their independent use or benefit.
